Sergio Ruiz Lazo, de 34 años de edad. Militante del Movimiento de Izquierda Revolucionario (MIR). Estuvo exiliado durante diez años en Francia para volver ilegalmente en diciembre de 1984, siendo detenido el 24 de ese mismo mes por agentes de la CNI y trasladado al Cuartel Borgoño, lugar donde se pierde su rastro.
