Guillermo Bastías, Guillo, nació en Santiago de Chile y ha dibujado caricaturas desde niño.
Estudió Arquitectura y Cine en la Universidad Católica. Vivió 4 años como estudiante de cine en la ciudad de Berlín, Alemania y allí se hizo dibujante profesional trabajando para las universidades alemanas.

Dibujo coloreado “Gana la Gente, Aylwin Presidente”. Se observan tres viñetas, en ellas un edificio con balcon esta empapelado con el rostro de Büchi. En la ultima viñeta desde el balcón se asoman personas con un gran cartel que dice "Gana la Gente! Aylwin Presidente". En la esquina inferior derecha se lee GUILLO, 89. Y una “Con afecto para nuestra cariñosa vecina Blanca. Guillo”.
