Economista chileno. Jefe de Gabineta del Ministerio de Agricultura durente el gobierno de Salvador Allende y Vice Presidente de Instituto de Desarrollo Agropecuario. INDAP cargo que ostentó hasta el 11 de septiembre de 1973. Detenido el mismo 11 estuvo prisionero en el Regimiento Tacna, Estadio Chile, Estadio Nacional. Finalmente fue enviado a Chacabuco donde estuvo prisionero casi 1 año. Fue expulsado del país hasta 1988
